Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let rest.
- Sauté minced garlic in olive oil over low heat until fragrant.
- Chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
- Drizzle Caesar dressing over the lettuce and toss until well-coated.
- Slice the cooked chicken and layer on top of the dressed greens. Add croutons and freshly grated parmesan cheese before serving.
