Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground halal beef, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs for even cooking.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear meatballs until browned on all sides (about 5-7 minutes).
- Pour marinara sauce over the browned meatballs and simmer on low for 10 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place sub rolls on a baking sheet; fill them with meatballs and top with shredded mozzarella.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
