- Hot dogs or mozzarella cheese sticks

- Cornstarch
- Baking powder
- Sugar

- Milk

Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Gradually whisk in milk until you achieve a thick batter.
- Insert skewers into hot dogs or mozzarella sticks and coat lightly in cornstarch before dipping into the batter.
- Fry each corn dog in hot oil until golden brown, about 3 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.
