Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, onion, garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Shape the mixture into small oval patties or mold onto skewers.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grill koftas for about 5-7 minutes per side or bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Allow koftas to rest briefly before serving warm with tzatziki sauce or your favorite dips.
