- Iceberg lettuce

Instructions
- Wash and separate 8-10 sturdy iceberg lettuce leaves; set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add ground chicken; cook until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Stir in diced bell peppers and green onions, then mix in soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook until peppers soften slightly (3-4 minutes).
- Spoon the mixture onto each lettuce leaf, fold sides over filling, and enjoy!
