Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine milk and cooked rice. Stir until well mixed.
- Add sugar, cinnamon stick, and salt. Bring to a gentle boil while stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring often until thickened.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract, and discard the cinnamon stick.
- Serve warm or chill in the refrigerator for later enjoyment.
