- All-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda.
- In another bowl, cream softened butter with both sugars until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract until well mixed.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until just incorporated.
- Scoop dough into your palm, flatten it, place filling in the center, then encase it by folding edges around the filling. Roll into balls and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden around the edges.
