Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish and brush generously with the marinade mixture on all sides.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, then garnish with freshly chopped cilantro or green onions before serving.
