Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine drained canned tuna, Greek yogurt, chopped red onion, diced cherry tomatoes, and herbs.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice and drizzle in olive oil; stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lay out lettuce leaves and spoon generous amounts of the tuna mixture onto each leaf.
- Fold the sides of the lettuce to encase the filling snugly and enjoy immediately or pack for later.
