- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the dish. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and add minced garlic.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over fillets and top with herbs.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
