- ½ cup milk (whole or low-fat)
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil or melted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the milk, vegetable oil (or melted butter), and egg to the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined; do not overmix.
- Carefully fold in the blueberries using a spatula.
- Divide the batter evenly among muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
