- Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- Ground cinnamon
- Granulated sugar
- Unsalted butter
- Pure vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it's about 12 inches wide.
- Melt half a cup of unsalted butter in the microwave. In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Brush melted butter generously over the dough, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before slicing into wedges.
