Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats, dried fruits, nuts, and any desired spices.
- In another bowl, whisk together the nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until fully coated.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan using a spatula.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown around the edges. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
