- Chocolate cookie crust (store-bought or homemade)
- Heavy whipping cream
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Mint extract
- Green food coloring
- Cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
- In another bowl, whisk sweetened condensed milk with cocoa powder until smooth. Beat in heavy whipping cream until fluffy peaks form.
- Gently fold in mint extract and green food coloring, being careful not to deflate the cream.
- Pour the mint filling into the cooled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. Chill for at least 2 hours until set.
- Slice and serve chilled, optionally topping with additional whipped cream.
