Instructions

- Stir in spices (salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, oregano) and combine well.
- Add rinsed rice and diced tomatoes (with juices); stir to incorporate.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat to low, cover tightly, and simmer for 18-20 minutes until the rice is tender.
- Fluff with a fork and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
