- 1 package pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or mixed cheeses)
- ½ cup thinly sliced pepperoni (optional)
- Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick; cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each square and top with cheese and optional pepperoni.
- Fold over the dough to encase the filling and seal the edges tightly.
- Arrange rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
