Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Pat the cod fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix minced garlic with olive oil; drizzle over the fillets.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
