Ingredients
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Thinly sliced red onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, cooking until no longer pink (about 6-8 minutes per side).
- Shred the cooked chicken using two forks.
- Roll out the pizza dough on the prepared baking sheet, spreading BBQ sauce over it. Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and red onions.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
