- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg noodles (for serving)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned (3-4 minutes). Remove beef and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onion and garlic; sauté until translucent. Stir in mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Return the beef to the skillet. Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard; stir well and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and mix in sour cream; cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through. Season to taste.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles.
