Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned (3-4 minutes). Remove beef and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add onion and garlic; sauté until translucent. Stir in mushrooms and cook until tender.
  3. Return the beef to the skillet. Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard; stir well and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low and mix in sour cream; cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through. Season to taste.
  5. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
