- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked egg noodles or rice for serving
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, draining excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in the chopped onion and garlic; cook until the onion is translucent.
- Add sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard; simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat and mix in sour cream; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
