- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh blackberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; firmly press into a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until fluffy.
- Gently fold in fresh blackberries to the filling mixture.
- Pour the mixture over the cooled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- When ready to serve, run a knife around the edges of the cheesecake before releasing it from the pan. Slice and enjoy!
