Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix brownie mix, eggs, and oil until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until just set.
- Once slightly cooled, fold in chocolate chips.
- After completely cooling, scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
- Melt your choice of chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and dip each truffle before placing on parchment paper to cool.
