- 2–3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
- 12 slider buns (soft potato rolls recommended)
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil chicken breasts in enough water to cover until fully cooked (15-20 minutes). Drain, cool slightly, and shred.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce to your preferred spice level.
- Slice slider buns in half and layer the bottom halves with buffalo chicken.
- Top each with shredded cheddar and drizzle ranch dressing before placing the top halves back on.
- Bake on a lined baking sheet for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are golden.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
