- Boneless chicken thighs
- Unsalted butter

Instructions
- Finely chop onions and measure spices.
- In a large pan over medium heat, melt butter and cook onions until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and ginger paste for 1 minute.
- Add tomato puree, garam masala, cumin, coriander, and sugar; simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Add boneless chicken thighs and cook for 10–12 minutes until fully cooked through.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer gently for another 5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
