Ingredients
- 2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, shredded or grated
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; cook for about 6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- While the chicken cooks, wash and chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine Caesar dressing with grated parmesan cheese.
- Once cooked, slice the chicken into strips. On a tortilla, layer romaine lettuce, followed by chicken slices and drizzle with dressing before sprinkling additional parmesan.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to another while tucking in the sides. Slice diagonally and serve.
