- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups Bisquick or biscuit mix
- ¾ cup whole milk
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder
- ¼ cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook diced chicken over medium heat until no longer pink (5-7 minutes).
- Add mixed vegetables and chicken broth; stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a bowl, combine Bisquick and milk; gently fold in melted butter.
- Pour the chicken mixture into a baking dish; dollop biscuit batter on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
