- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Tortillas (corn or flour)
- Your favorite toppings (shredded cheese, avocado, salsa, cilantro)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Rub the spices into the chicken.
- Pour chicken broth around the edges of the pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken directly in the pot using two forks.
- Serve in warmed tortillas and add desired toppings.
