  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the garlic and setting the chicken aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and juices run clear. Remove from skillet.
