- 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently before stirring in Parmesan until melted.
- Combine cooked pasta with the creamy sauce, season with salt and pepper, then transfer to the baking dish.
- Top with extra Parmesan cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
