Instructions
- Slice beef sirloin into thin strips against the grain for maximum tenderness.
- Chop fresh broccoli into bite-sized florets.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, sesame oil, and cornstarch mixed with water until smooth.
- Layer sliced beef in the bottom of the crockpot and top with broccoli florets. Pour sauce evenly over all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours without peeking.
- Stir gently before serving over rice or noodles.
