Ingredients
- Slider buns (brioche or pretzel)
- Thinly sliced roast beef
- Swiss cheese (or provolone)
- Au jus sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Slice slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
- Layer slices of roast beef over the bottom buns, then add Swiss cheese on top.
- Place the top halves of the buns on the filled bottoms and brush with melted butter if desired.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes; then remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, heat beef broth in a saucepan for au jus.
- Serve sliders hot with dipping sauce.
