Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin
- 6 cloves fresh garlic
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Slice beef sirloin into thin strips against the grain and mince garlic.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, and black pepper. Add beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat; add olive oil.
- Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Remove from heat temporarily.
- Stir-fry marinated beef strips in the skillet until browned (3-5 minutes).
- Return sautéed garlic to the skillet; toss to combine and serve hot.
