Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve half a cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
- Combine the drained pasta and sautéed garlic in the skillet, mixing well.
- Gradually stir in parmesan cheese and reserved pasta water until creamy; season with salt and black pepper.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
