- 1 lb Sirloin or Ribeye steak
- 4 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until bubbling.
- Add the seasoned steak cubes in batches, cooking for 3-4 minutes until seared on one side.
- Flip the steak bites, add minced garlic, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until desired doneness.
- Remove from heat and stir in remaining butter until melted.
- Serve immediately, drizzled with the buttery sauce.
