Instructions
- Marinate chicken cubes in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using; skip this step for metal skewers.
- Thread marinated chicken onto the skewers alternately with chosen vegetables.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cook skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
