Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick; cut into squares measuring 3×3 inches.
- Place a small amount of shredded mozzarella and pepperoni in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over to create triangles and seal the edges firmly using fingers or a fork.
- Arrange on the baking sheet, brush lightly with olive oil, and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce.
