Ingredients
- Salmon fillets (1 inch thick)
- Honey
- Fresh minced garlic
- Unsalted butter
- Low-sodium soy sauce
- Fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, melted butter, soy sauce, and lemon juice to make the sauce.
- Place salmon on the baking sheet, brush with half of the sauce mixture, and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily (internal temperature of 145°F or 63°C).
- Brush with remaining sauce five minutes before finishing baking.
- Serve immediately with extra glaze and garnish as desired.
