- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Coat the chicken pieces in cornstarch until evenly covered.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- Pour the honey mixture over the chicken and stir to coat evenly. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
