Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick on a floured surface.
- Spread marinara sauce over the dough, leaving an inch border around the edges. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, followed by layers of chosen meats and bell peppers.
- Carefully roll up the dough tightly from one end, pinching the edges to seal.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow cooling slightly before slicing into thick pieces and serve warm with extra marinara sauce.
