- 2 cups cooked rice
- Pineapple chunks (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Prep all ingredients: mince garlic, grate ginger, and chop green onions.
- 2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- 3. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger; cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- 4. Pour in soy sauce and sprinkle brown sugar; mix well and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- 5. Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice and top with chopped green onions.
