- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Cooked jasmine or short-grain rice
- Sliced green onions and shredded carrots for garnish
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger; stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Mix in soy sauce and brown sugar; simmer for an additional 3 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice and top with green onions and carrots.
