Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Place the chicken in the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Pour in fresh lemon juice during cooking and simmer for an additional minute.
- Remove from heat and let the chicken rest before slicing. Garnish with chopped parsley.
