- Boneless chicken breasts

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Pound each chicken breast to about one inch thick for even cooking.
- Set up three shallow bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and another with a mixture of bread crumbs and garlic powder.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in the egg wash, and coat thoroughly with the bread crumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the coated chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
