Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, Thai chili paste, garlic, ginger, and lime juice.
- Marinate chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden brown.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles and garnish with fresh cilantro.
