- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Prep all ingredients by chopping vegetables and mincing garlic.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add garlic, grated carrots, and bell peppers to the skillet; sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until the veggies soften.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and brown sugar. Pour over the beef mixture and stir well to combine.
- Add green onions and cook for an additional minute before serving.
