Instructions
- Mash the ripe bananas in a medium bowl until smooth.

- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form (about 3-4 minutes).
- Flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.
