Instructions
- Gather ingredients and measure them out.

- Create a well in the center; add egg, buttermilk, and melted butter. Mix gently until just combined—lumps are okay!
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface (about 2-3 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Stack pancakes on a plate and top with your favorite toppings like butter or syrup.
