Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix buttermilk and eggs until smooth. Gradually stir in melted butter.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Gently stir until just combined; lumps are okay.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat until hot (a drop of water should sizzle).
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on top (about 2-3 minutes), then flip and cook another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings like maple syrup or fresh berries.
