- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese (full-fat)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese until well blended.
- Gently fold in the chopped green onions.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese, let melt slightly, and serve warm with tortilla chips or veggies.
