- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish with nonstick spray or line it with parchment paper.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Stir until fragrant (about one minute). Remove from heat and mix in lemon juice, parsley, and dill.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the prepared baking dish. Season generously with salt and pepper, then spoon the garlic butter mixture over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve warm, drizzled with remaining garlic butter sauce and garnished with fresh herbs or lemon wedges.
